We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Avocado Innovation Specialist to spearhead our efforts in redefining the spreadability, aesthetic, and ROI of smashed avocado.

Responsibilities:
Develop and test new avocado presentation frameworks (slices, mash, rose, emoji-cut).

Leverage predictive analytics to forecast avocado ripeness within 3 seconds.

Collaborate with our in-house barista to pair flavor profiles with oat-milk flat whites.

Ensure compliance with emerging toast legislation and brunch governance.

Write 500+ word Medium posts about avocado as a metaphor for personal growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Futurism, or Meme Marketing.

3+ years experience in artisanal food trends or vaguely tech-adjacent roles.
